Receive Return Authorization
Once reviewed, our technicians will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated service center address.
Secure Packaging
Pack the device securely in its original foam and box to prevent transit damage, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
